If you believe a certificate, verification result or record may be inaccurate or misused, please tell us.
When to report
Report a concern if a QR code or Botswana Brilliance number does not resolve to the expected record, if a certificate appears altered, or if you suspect misuse of the Botswana Pride Mark or any connected record.
What happens next
Concerns are reviewed by Botswana Brilliance. Where appropriate, a certificate can be marked Suspended while the matter is investigated, and the audit history preserves each action taken.
